Speyside Way
Here's another quaint inn-to-inn, distillery-to-distillery walk in Scotland, if one is so inclined. It follows the River Spey north past the sacred waters of the likes of The Glenlivet and Glenfiddich, connecting eventually to the Moray Coastal Path and the North Sea.

Old Man of Storr, Isle of Skye
Fabulous walk amongst the giant's fingers protruding from the mountain. One interpretation anyway! You can walk to a viewpoint (2-3 hrs roundtrip) or take the longer route to the summit 2359 ft (5 hrs).

Glencoe, Kinlochleven, and Fort William
While the West Highland topography was created by ancient continents colliding and volcanic eruptions, the hills and mountains were carved by ice sheets and glaciers that melted, eventually leaving behind a beautiful verdant landscape.
